DIYAR (AGE 5)
A kind soul who brings smiles and energy to the classroom while growing in coordination.
Diyar is an outspoken and lively boy with cerebral palsy that affects all four of his limbs. He enjoys engaging with those around him and brings laughter and energy into the classroom. Despite his challenges, he participates actively in learning activities with the support of his teachers.
Because of muscle spasticity, Diyar needs help sitting and eating. With continued therapy, he is gaining coordination
and independence in daily routines.
Therapy & Support
Diagnosis: Cerebral palsy with muscle spasticity
Focus: Improving coordination, posture, and daily function
Goal: Strengthen his upper limbs to feed himself and play more independently
Needs: Ankle-Foot Orthosis ($200), Hand-Wrist Orthosis, and corner chair ($230) for trunk posture support
Personality: Outspoken, expressive, and full of energy
